SBIG is pleased to announce availability of Macintosh support for the ST-7, ST-8 and PixCel 255 CCD cameras. These cameras can be used on the Macintosh with SBIG's new Mac SCSI to Parallel Adapter. Here's the details of this new product:

Cameras connect to the Macintosh thru the SBIG Mac SCSI to Parallel Adapter using the Macintosh's standard SCSI port.
New CCDOPS Version 3.5 for Macintosh supports these new cameras and brings the Macintosh up to full compatibility with the PC version of CCDOPS.
Mac and PC users can share images as they are cross-platform compatible.
Mac SCSI adapter comes complete with SCSI cable to connect to the Macintosh, 110V input, 9V DC (500mA) wall transformer, CCDOPS version 3.5 software and new manual.
While the ST-7 is supplied with a 15 foot parallel cable, parallel cables up to 200 feet can be used with the Mac SCSI adapter for remote work.
Mac SCSI adapter works with existing PC based ST-7, ST-8 and PixCel 255 cameras. No modification to PC cameras is required.
US list price is $250 for the Mac SCSI to Parallel Adapter.
