The telescopes that we receive will go through our own quality assurance acceptance testing; telescopes or mounts that do not meet our standards are returned to Celestron.
PACKING AND SHIPPINGWhen you receive your order, it will become obvious that a great deal of care was also given to the safe packing of each item. It is very rare that any component is damaged during transit when the customer accepts our recommendations for delivery. And if a problem develops, even years after the sale, then our customers will find we are there to back them up and running again.
